Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with us.

 

Konnectlia is committed to its consumers, and while we stand by our policy as written below, we also want to understand how we can resolve the dissatisfaction and better understand how we can serve you.

1.1 Refunds and Cancellation
All payments for Konnectlia or for services provided via Konnectlia are in USD/INR and are non-refundable. You can cancel your monthly, quarterly or annual contract at any time, but all previous payments are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. All annual payments are also non-refundable and will not be pro-rated.

 

If you decide to cancel your Konnectlia membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside the app.Konnectlia.com ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to; Konnectlia Funnels designs, Konnectlia Support Calls. You will be removed from the Konnectlia Facebook Group.

 

Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from the date of initial purchase, for any reason.

 

If you wish to cancel your Konnectlia subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address support@Konnectlia.com.

 

Invoices for Konnectlia can be requested at any time by emailing support@Konnectlia.com.

 

1.2 Subscription Terms And Automatic Payment
A Konnectlia user is responsible for paying all sums due to Konnectlia in connection with their monthly, quarterly or yearly subscription in accordance with these Terms. Every calendar month or year, your account will be charged up to the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month’s subscription, together with any other fees for the following month’s subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”). Failure by the Konnectlia user to use any of the services available through the service provided by Konnectlia does not relieve the Konnectlia user of their payment obligations under these Terms.

 

Potential users can pay by credit card or debit card. Payment details shall be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that we hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used to purchase the products or services together with details on when payment is due. You further acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorize the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis and for a specific amount).

 

1.3 Failed Monthly, Quarterly or Annual Payments
If you are delinquent on your payments, please be advised we will delete the account and any subsequent funnels associated with the account after 7 days of delinquency.

 

1.4 Access to Konnectlia Ecosystem: including all Digital Assets, Funnel Builds, Automations, and Training Materials
With your membership to app.Konnectlia.com, you’ll receive access to our exclusive Konnectlia-only Digital Assets, Training Materials, CRM Pipelines, and Funnel-related Data tracking tools. This access specifically includes, but is not limited to; Konnectlia funnel designs, Konnectlia Emails, Konnectlia Automations, and the Konnectlia Support Calls at no extra cost. We retain the Trademark and Copyrights on Konnectlia Funnel Designs. All of these materials are only permitted for use within Konnectlia, exclusively for current Konnectlia members only.

 

This means that everything inside the Konnectlia Ecosystem (app.Konnectlia.com) is non-transferable to any other Konnectlia ecosystem, or any other outside ecosystem or funnel builder. The use of Konnectlia training materials outside of Konnectlia membership or sharing of any kind without our consent is strictly prohibited. In addition, the Konnectlia Support calls are for current Konnectlia only.

 

If you decide to cancel your Konnectlia membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside the app.Konnectlia.com ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to; Konnectlia Funnels designs, Konnectlia Support Calls. You will be removed from the Konnectlia Facebook Group.
